Sydonios Terroir collection le Septentrional wine glass. The Terroir Collection, directly inspired by the scientific approach of the Racine Collection, is the result of a close collaboration with the Parisian sommelier Pierre Vila Palleja. Several months of testing and thirty prototype designs were necessary to faithfully convey the many nuances of terroir and climate. These tastings taught us the importance of defining the Collection according to 3 precise glass profiles.
